On my unit, the envelope icon at the top-left flashes blue for a split second every 12-13 seconds. I was hoping that it would stay illuminated or flash along with a beep. Also the vibrate mode is very weak and the highest e-mail received audible alert is difficult to hear. Seniors, a terrific target market for the Peek, may have problems with the aforementioned.
