Getting yourself a Peek amid the (gulp) sellouts

Peek is available at 90% plus of the Target stores. If you go to one and they don’t have any, ask them to check their little handheld computer. Most of the ones we’ve checked out have Peeks set up or worst case in the back room.

Some stores might be sold out…. we’re working on getting more there soon.

Our website is currently sold out too, and we’ll be getting more there in the next couple of days.

Target.com was supposed to list Peeks on there today, but they waited another day.

Sorry it’s so tough to get a Peek! I guess this means you like us We promise not to let this turn into a Nintendo Wii situation. Promise!

1. i was in every target in the city i live in and they did not have a clue what i was talking about. finally after much encouragement from myself(after calling you who confirmed the store i was in had them on inventory) one of the salespersons in electronics went back and made some phone calls and than got one for me out of the back room. they are still not on the shelves.

   so at least in the city i am in they stores have in stock but not yet out on the shelves. also if you ask they do not yet know anything about the device.

2. Went to the North Bergen, Hackensack, Edgewater, NJ Target stores and was told the Peek was not for sale!!! What gives?!

3. We have been visiting lots of stores too…they just haven’t set up yet. Usually the “team leader” in the section can look it up in his computer and set you up.

   We have cherry back in stock as of right now online so if you order you’ll get it soon! (Not yet updated on the website to show this but go ahead with http://www.getpeek.com)

4. Found several Peeks available at Target stores in Atlanta stores on Monday, so interested parties should take a peek.

6. Picked one up today at target in reston, va the device will NOT Register with error - “we’re having trouble communicating with the peek servers. Try again or call us at 877-677-PEEK for help.

   Called twice and got nowhere — is this server congestion or it the device not communicating through the wireless — What can be done to get this working?

7. The Neshaminy Mall Target in PA had them in stock and on the shelves. I was able to register it and have email access within minutes of the purchase!! I’m happy!

8. Hey there Al — we got you sorted out but thanks for posting. It helped us see a problem on our servers that was blocking some folks from registering. Resolved now (we did a post about it).

   Their was some at the target store I went to… I wouldn’t wanna steer you the wrong way but you may also be able to use any mini usb charger.. Just a thought.
