Lifetime: A Peek for all seasons
Today we are introducing the Peek of a lifetime.
This prize-winning gadget already lets you email and text and message your social networks endlessly better than any of the stuff out there. Lovely keyboard, big screen, always-on, push, seamless setup with most of the big services and even Outlook Web Access support. And thinner than all of them!
Now you can pay one price and never pay a monthly fee. A lifetime Peek. Exclusively on Amazon.com They already sold out the first shipment and re-ordered more, so get moving and click here before it happens again.
How good a deal is this? Well, on the one hand you have the typical smartphones. The contract you sign when you buy one will cost you something like $2,500 or $3,000 and give you 24 months of service. PC World estimated it’s nearly $4,000!. That does not compare favorably to spending $50/month for 1000 minutes on a normal phone.
On the other hand you have mini-laptops or gadgets that kind of do email for you if you can find (or pay for) a wifi connection. Those will run you a few hundred dollars but don’t come with any connection.
So we did some trials on a Peek for life earlier in the year — $599, $399… we were blown away by the response. So just in time for getting back to business this fall, it’s ready for prime time.
You can get Peek Pronto with a year of service for $229.
Or Peek Pronto with Lifetime service for $299.
With Peek Pronto you get everything Peek packs: unlimited push email, 5 accounts, unlimited texting to cell phones, PeekSocial for Facebook, PeekMaps that lets you track Peeks on a map, PeekFeed for your Twitter and weather and news feeds. Always upgradeable, you get all the future generations of Peek software for free, too. See all the details.
Happy Peeking

1st Peekiversary
What an incredible year it’s been! Peek officially turns 1-year old this week, and so it seems fitting to celebrate our first ever Peekiversary.
Over the past year, we’ve heard from Peeksters far and wide about how our tiny marvel has improved their lives. Their stories inspire us every day to make Peek the best gadget it can possibly be.
For instance, Peekster Matt, who used his Peek to blog throughout a 2663 mile long hike along the Pacific Crest Trail this summer. Congrats, Matt! Local NYC charter school East Bronx Academy dramatically boosted grades & attendance by giving Peeks to parents & teachers to communicate better. And, new mom Kris, who carries her Peek at all times so she never misses an email from husband John currently stationed in Iraq.
As a fun 1-Year Peekiversary present for our Peeksters, we unveiled PeekSocial for Facebook.
Once signed up (it’s totally free for all Peeksters), you’ll be able to receive updates from Facebook directly on your Peek! It’s a great way to keep track of friends’ statuses and posts to your feed. Plus, if you have a Peek Pronto, you’ll be able to set your Facebook status simply by pressing Shift + “S” key on your Peek (note: this only works once you’ve signed up). Watch PeekSocial video demo here.
PeekSocial is just one in a growing family of Peek Apps designed to take peeking to the next level. Check out the rest of the Peek Apps website and discover other cool apps like:
PeekFeed – Emails you the latest posts from your favorite blog, Twitter or the New York Times
PeekMaps – Shows your Peek’s location on Google Maps

Nine, Nine, Oh Nine
Today’s date is 09-09-09! What’s so special about this date? No one actually knows. But everyone seems to be obsessed with arranging weddings, movie premieres, even births to occur on this auspicious date.
Besides blasting 99 Luftballoons all day today, we here at Peek decided to change the price of Peek Classic to $9.99 (normally $19.95) for the next 9 hours, starting at 9 am Pacific. You can grab one or even nine Peeks today at getpeek.com.
